PT Emas Duta is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resource management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for helping organizations build and maintain a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll and insurance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in conducting performance appraisals and employee training programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR matters.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
