📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for guest needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Balinese culture and traditions is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
