📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Coordinate with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Support the Production Supervisor in achieving production targets.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Good understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
