📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining high levels of product availability and presentation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize losses and maximize profitability.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers within the store.,Participate in store audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
