📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve company growth objectives.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective business development initiatives.,Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
