📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the cashier in managing daily transactions and ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain and update financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the cashier in training and developing new team members.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the cafe.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

    <p>To be successful in this roleyou should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and be able to use point of sale (POS) systems. Experience with customer service software and a commitment to providing excellent service are also highly valued.</p>
