In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and executing telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints,Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and KPIs,Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals,Identifying and implementing new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and campaign objectives,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software,Fluency in Indonesian and English language
