SHIFT Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing warehouse teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve performance and reduce costs.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and team morale.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and overseeing operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
