📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control cash flow to ensure the company's financial health.,Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
