📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of Puskesmas Sari Kebab, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of financial resources.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare sector.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
