📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline, grievances, and conflicts, working to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, applying this knowledge to support the HR team.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
