📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate emergency response efforts, including disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
• Manage the distribution of humanitarian aid, including food, water, shelter, and medical supplies.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop intervention strategies in collaboration with local partners.
• Monitor and report on the implementation of aid programs, ensuring accountability and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and international organizations.
• Ensure compliance with international humanitarian standards and best practices.
• Provide training and support to local staff on humanitarian aid principles and practices.
• Participate in emergency drills and exercises to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Humanitarian Studies, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in humanitarian aid, emergency response, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and distributing humanitarian aid in crisis situations.
• Strong understanding of international humanitarian law and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with humanitarian information management systems (HIMS) and other relevant software tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
