Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage customer service with a focus on providing excellent customer experience,Ensure a smooth checkout process by accurately scanning and pricing items,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in inventory management by counting and restocking items,Provide customer support and answer inquiries about products and services,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic computer systems and cash register software,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
