Life Max Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and energetic Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Manage inventory levels, including stocking, ordering, and reordering products.,Assist customers with product information, pricing, and promotions.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Ensure the store is clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.,Work with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Assist with promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote tasks.
