📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and train a team of warehouse staff to maintain high standards of efficiency.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems using SAP or similar software.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Certification in Inventory Management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
