📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
