As an Operational Assistant - Mandarin Speaker, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to our leadership team. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate schedules for meetings and events.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including document preparation and data entry.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Assist in the organization of corporate events and conferences.
• Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
• Support the HR team in recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
