📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries and desserts.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.,Assist in planning and organizing menu items for special events and holidays.,Train and mentor junior staff in pastry preparation techniques.,Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a cohesive dining experience.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary standards.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
