Nest Gold Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor and track vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that fleet operations support the overall business objectives.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and organized with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
