CMA CGM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations across various locations in Bali. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our supply chain, contributing to the overall success of our operations in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in logistics operations.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Collaborate with the regional management team to align logistics operations with business objectives and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics operations management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems, including but not limited to TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.,Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize logistics operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and business practices is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
