📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments.

• Collaborate with drivers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the logistics process.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports on logistics activities, including delivery times, costs, and any incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, JDE, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, drivers, and other stakeholders.
