📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support for medical equipment, including MRI, CT scanners, and other diagnostic devices.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored support solutions.
• Document all technical activities and maintain detailed records for compliance and future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical equipment technical support, with a focus on MRI and CT scanners.
• Certification in medical equipment maintenance and calibration (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment safety and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using service manuals, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documentation.
