In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our clients' systems, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting. You'll work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure our clients' needs are met, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain our clients' systems, including hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' systems.
• Coordinate with the field team to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely completion of tasks.
• Document all technical work performed, including troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients' systems are running at peak performance.
• Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure our clients' needs are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of our clients' systems and address any issues promptly.
• Train and mentor junior field technicians to ensure the continued success of our field operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Technician or similar role in the tech industry.
• Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft, are a plus.
• Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the use of project management tools, such as Jira or Asana.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
