📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement and enforce safety measures across all operations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety and environmental considerations into all projects.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental management systems.
• Ensure regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, MSHA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
