This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, working closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of materials and equipment for our solar projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our projects, from procurement to delivery, ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and within budget. You will work with our procurement team to manage vendor relationships, track shipments, and coordinate with local logistics providers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination and management of logistics for solar energy projects, including procurement, transportation, and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Work closely with the procurement team to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with local logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and documentation, including invoices, delivery receipts, and logistics performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the organization and management of logistics-related tasks, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and storage.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the implementation of logistics strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and processes, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and solar energy projects is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
