Every day, you'll handle a mix of tasks, from reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports to processing loan applications and managing customer accounts. You'll use tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and our in-house BPO system to keep everything running smoothly.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process loan applications and manage customer accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with financial services and loan administration processes
- Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
